Fire Damage in Albany, Georgia

Sometimes it's not the fire that does the most damage. The customer was able to put the fire out themselves but the damage from the fire extinguisher dust required the assistance of SERVPRO of Albany and Americus's highly trained fire technicians.  The extinguisher dust is not an easy task to take on.  The dust is in the air, and is about the same amount of cleaning as if it were soot or smoke damage.  Luckily, the fire is out quickly, but the cleanup is tedious.  In this home the dust was settled inside most of the kitchen and living room.  SERVPRO made it "Like it never even happened."
